Chamber of Commerce

The St. Marys Area Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit
corporation founded in 1984.
A
voluntary organization of the business community, the chamber unites
more than 350 businesses, groups, and individuals, creating a unique
central agency.
The
strength of the Chamber lies in attracting the greatest number of
members possible, creating a pool of resources from which ideas,
energy, and finances can be drawn.
The
Chamber is governed by a 21-member Board of Directors, who represent
the many facets of the membership. The Board establishes the goals
and objectives of the organization, while specific committees determine
the action steps necessary to achieve these goals.
The
Executive Director and Office Secretary implement the programs as
directed by the board and committees.
