Position Responsibilities
• Manage the flow and organization of log and lumber yard inventory • Stage lumber loads for shipment • Safely and efficiently load trucks • Maintain orderly yard operations to support production and shipping needs

8 hours/day; 4:00 a.m. to Noon Monday- Friday Reports to the ECCHS/SMCMS Head of Maintenance 1. Responsible for classrooms, hallways and other spaces in the school 2. Responsible for care of floors in corridors and throughout the school 3. Responsible for disposal of trash from areas of responsibility 4. Assists with set-up and clean-up of events in the building 5. Must be able to obtain 3 primary clearances (FBI Background Check, PA State Police Background Check, PA Department of Human Services Child Abuse Clearance) 6. Must be able to work independently 7. Must be reliable, energetic and a team player 8. HS Diploma or GED required
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas • Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance tasks • Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed • Help ensure a clean and safe environment for students, faculty, and visitors
